Golden yellow colour of medium intensity. The wine’s aroma is characteristic of the grape variety, discreetly floral and fruity, accompanied by the classic mineral character of Somló. On the palate, the Kancellár Winery’s wine is dry, distinctly salty, with a clear sense of acidity, a densely woven, creamy surface and a mineral taste. A serious, complex wine. Hárslevelű is an old Hungarian white grape variety that has found a real home on the Somló Hill. We recommend this wine speciality with poultry dishes.
