- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: Viticulture: 4-5,000 vines/hectare. Guyot training system, strict yield control – 2,0 kg/vine. Harvest: by hand. Fermentation: in temperature-controlled stainless steel Taucher tanks, inoculated with cultured yeast, gentle maceration, 10-12 days skin contact. Maturation: 85% in second and third fill, 15% in new Hungarian, partly French 500-litre oak barrels for 14 months.
