Vulcanus, 2018

Colour: Light golden yellow.

Nose: Intense, with a burst of lychee and other tropical fruits. Upon aeration, it unveils additional layers of fragrance. A subtle rose note emerges, intertwined with hints of peach and apricot.

Palate: Round and rich, it opens with notes of apricot and pear fruitiness, complemented by a subtle saffron spiciness. The acidity is lively and well-defined, leading to an intense mineral quality, almost reminiscent of saltiness. A lively, persistent wine.
